These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sultrix, an automated grid trading bot for cryptocurrency and forex markets, operated by Sultrix ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Sultrix, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Sultrix complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Sultrix is a software tool. Nothing in the software, documentation, or communications from Sultrix constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading cryptocurrencies and forex involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your capital.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of Sultrix on one computer per license purchased. You may not:
Sultrix is available with a 30-day free trial (no card required). Continued use after the trial requires a paid license starting from $5/month. Payments are processed via NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). All sales are final — no refunds after the first 7 days of a paid subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. We will never ask for your exchange private keys, withdrawal permissions, or passwords via email.
Sultrix is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of market data, or profitability of any trading strategy. We are not responsible for losses resulting from exchange downtime, network issues, software bugs, or market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sultrix and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the software.
You agree not to use Sultrix to conduct market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that violates exchange terms of service or applicable financial regulations.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sultrix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
