You have the right to request deletion of all personal data Sultrix holds about you. This page explains what we delete, what we cannot delete, and how to submit your request.
Send an email to support@sultrixtrade.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Include the email address associated with your Sultrix account so we can identify your data.
We will confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days. We will email you when deletion is complete.
bot_state.db locally and we have no access to it; delete it by uninstalling Sultrix and removing the application folderOnce deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Your Sultrix license key will be deactivated. If you wish to use Sultrix again you will need to create a new account and purchase a new license.
If you connected a WhatsApp number to Sultrix chat: your phone number association and any rate-limit tokens are stored in Cloudflare KV and will be deleted as part of your account deletion request. Conversation messages are never persisted — they are processed in-memory only.
